My complaint:

This is a claim against Viagogo for failure to refund tickets that were never received.

It has been 38 days since I requested a refund.

In December of 2019 I bought tickets to see a Tour at Citizens Bank park Pennsylvania. My order ID number is 23617358.This tour was postponed until until June 25th 2022..
My tickets were never sent to me and since then I have been trying to get a refund.
The 1st time I called was on 6 22 22, at 12:05 PM. I was told my tickets would be be here on time.
The 2nd time I called was 6 24 22 at 7 AM. I was told I would have a refund within 8 days.
I called back on 6 26 20 22 at 5 PM and was told the website said my tickets are pending and I should wait. The concert however was the day before.
I sent a complaint through my account on 6 27 22 and also sent an email on that day that day explaining the situation.
I called to check my status on 6 29 22 and spoke to someone called Archie. He said my refund was refund was escalated and to wait 6 more business days for a refund.
I called on 07092022 at 9 AM and spoke to someone called Emily. She said to update my account payment and look for a refund in 5 days. I did this and it was acknowledged.
I have not received a refund as of today, 7 2702022 dispite all of their requests being met.
I received a phone call on 7 14 2022 at 9 PM.This man told me I could not put a different credit card onto my account then the one I had previously used because accounts are not refunded they are credited back to the original card. He said I could put a bank account number inumber in or a PayPal account. The website does not accept a bank account so I put a new PayPal account in.
I called on 7 21 22 at 9 AM. I was told by someone called Maracar to update my PayPal account agai’ll account again and that it was saved.
On 7 22 22 I received an email at 3 AM saying I missed a call from Viagogo. This is absurd to receive a phone call at 3 AM!!!!!
I Complained through an email and received a call back at 8:30. A girl named Bernalee said my account yesterday was never updated like I was told and she would do it. She also said that if I do not get a get a refund I should call back and asked that my problem be sent to the payment center for a manual refund. I will need to send my bank account information in order for her to do this.
It has now been another 10 days without a refund.

Along with my phone calls, I have sent numerous emails. These emails are answered with form letters telling me to wait 10 days, it is being processed. I can provide copies of the emails if requested.

Suggested solution:

Provide a manual refund directly to my bank account. They have my phone number.
