My complaint:
I sold tickets via viagogo for Harry Styles. (11th June). The tickets were received by buyer they paid viagogo attended the event. I was supposed to be paid 8 working days later. I’m still awaiting payment. I have contacted viagogo constantly and they have informed me that there’s been an error at their end I should have received payment. They claiim to have escalated my complaint to the relevant department and as investigating but still won’t pay out. I’m getting nowhere with them. It’s just generic emails delay tactics.
Suggested solution:
Pay me for my tickets.
