My complaint:

Tickets became available for sale to the Vika And Linda Bull concert held at the Palais in St Kilda. I clicked on to the Facebook post and had no idea I was purchasing someone else’s tickets. The site looked very similar to Ticket master and of course I unknowingly purchased two tickets for twice the price that I should have paid!!! This concert had been cancelled several times due to Covid. I saw I had received some tickets through my email but I didn’t know the third party person and due to fraudulent emails I wasn’t prepared to open an email from someone I didn’t know. I was expected my tickets to come from Ticket Master. The night of the concert of course I didn’t have my tickets and was given a number to call. The lady did not speak very good English which was frustrating. She kept saying she had to call the seller, I had no idea what she was talking about. I lost the full price of the two tickets I had originally purchased and then had to buy two more tickets to get in to the show!!! Extremely unhappy customer and would certainly not recommend this company.

Suggested solution:

I would like to be reimbursed my $320. This company is a scam, they need to explain they are charging you twice the price of a normal ticket. People who are new to buying tickets are getting caught all the time, so dreadfully unfair.
