I’ve buyed 2 Coldplay e-tickets about 2 weeks ago from Viagogo and I didn’t received nothing.
I’ve emailed them 2-3 times and they say to me everytime that I have to wait.
In their politics it says that I should receive the tickets instant, after I payed.
It has been about 2 weeks and I didn’t receive the tickets, neither my money.
Can you help me please?
