My complaint:
I have bought 2 tickets at a football match for 30 September 2023.
While I downloaded the tickets, I realised the price on the ticket is not the price I have paid on Viagogo.
Price per ticket Viagogo: 80.95 USD plus fees
Price on the ticket: 33 EUR
I want a refund from them. I have already created a complaint, without success. Viagogo claims I am not eligible to receive the refund.
Suggested solution:
to refund the entire amount of 197,21 USD
