Viagogo complaint: I received tickets that doesn’t work

My complaint:

I bought 2 tickets for the milan-torino game 1 week in advance. On the Matchday I still didn’t received the tickets so I went to the customer service team. I told them and after a while they told us that the tickets I’ve bought are no more available. They said that they would give me my money back or another similar tickets. I was upset but I chose the similar tickets. After that I received the tickets and I saw that there were another names on the tickets. I tried to reach them again(it took a while) and told them about the names and they said that they will fix it. 3 hours before the game still no answer. I tried to reach them again(it took forever) and I explained them again that the match is starting and I don’t have the right names on the ticket. They said that they will fix it in maximum 40 minutes. After 2 hours nothing was fixed, we arrived at the stadium anyway because it was an hour and half left thill the start and we wanted to see the ceremony. The guys from entrance said that the names on the tickets should match our id’s but after we tried to explain to them the situation they let us to go to the turnstile(they were very nice). At the turnstile the qr code was declined and we couldn’t get in.
We tried for almost 2 hours to reach someone from viagogo(either online or on the phone). No one responded till the start of the game. We missed the open ceremony and the start of the game. My friend buyed plane tickets and all for this game and we were left outside the stadium. It’s very unprofessional.

Suggested solution:

They should give us the money backsome compensation for our lost time
