My complaint:
I sold my tickets to an event on the 12th June. As of today, 25 days after the event, I have not been paid. I have communicated with customer service on numerous occasions and they never read the message thread so, therefore, never answer my query. On Tuesday 7th June Marie onfirhed that the customer has received the tickets so I can see no reason why there is a delay. My order number is 931776770 a d I am owed £880.
This situation is disgraceful
