My complaint:
Ordered 2 Stadium about tickets for KC MO. Show rescheduled twice to 719. ( pandemic postponed). I started emailing and calling about my order months ago. This past month ( and week prior to event) , I made numerous attempts to get my tickets. There is proof of purchase but NO tickets in my account. Missed show due to this ! Want refunded immediately. Only response I got is they would look into it ! When spoke on phone to them 2 days prior to event I was told my tickets would arrive in time ! I called again day before concert, was told they would call me back( asked for my phone ). No call.. On day of event I emailed them, again said they would contact me. NOTHING, no follow up…Just we will look into it. Want my refund !!

Full refund !! Didn't even offer new tickets !! Concert missed due to no tickets in account. I already sent screen shot of EMPTY account !!
