My complaint:
I had to get them to change my email address because my old one got hacked. So that I could download my Westlife tickets. In the hottest week of the year I had to phone on 4 separate days to get them to sort it. They were very unhelpful and they made me feel like it was my fault that they didn’t change my email address. It was only when I demanded a refund on the 4th day that they finally did something about it. Won’t be using Viagogo again!!!!
Suggested solution:
I actually think that I should get some sort of compensation from them for all the inconvenience that they have put me through and they definitely need to be told of by management and made to do a customer service course again because the customer is always right and should have to be put through so much inconvenience to get a simple problem resolved
