My complaint:

Dear Sir/Ma,

I had the worst experience with VFS Canada concerning processing of my passport request. It took them a week to even that they received my passport and failed to process it.
I would appreciate it if you can kindly help me to return my documents and passport since the office failed to process it. All my efforts to withdraw the documents and passport proved abortive.
I am having serious problem and headache as my visa validity is June 2024, and the embassy is yet to have my passport. I pleaded that the VFS Canada should please send back my passport as i want to withdraw my family passports.
The plead and willingness to withdraw my family’s passport and documents had been with blockage from VFS Canada despite sending a return label to VFS Canada.
I called and sent messages every day since last week and my plead were ignored.
I would be happy if you can kindly help me to send back our family passport as we want to withdraw our documents and passport.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
