My complaint:
It’s very unfortunate that we had to write this complaint, but we had no choice since what happened was very unacceptable.
We were informed in and email from VFS Global that we might have to divide our group of 12 applicants (11 player 1 coach ) into 3 groups on 13, 16 and 17 of Octobar which a little inconvenient but we were very understanding that the visa office is taking large number of applicants.
On October 13th , we arrived at the office with the first group as requested, but they weren’t admitted as the VFS employees requested an additional document that wasn’t mentioned in the website nor the the file that was sent to us by the embassy itself : Travel authorization signed by both parents or court decision on guardianship must be presented. If the minor travels with only one of the parents, a signed authorization must be presented by the parent who will not accompany the child, it’s very clear that if both parents are present there is no need for court decision . However, they insisted and refused to accept the applications and now the children won’t be able to join the tournament.
On October 16th , the other group was applying there applications and they requested :
1-The contact information for the applicants’ schools in order to contact them, not to mention that the applicants applied their Transcriptsproof of enrollment as mentioned in the required documents.
2-Contact information of the Hostel we stayed in. Regardless the fact that we registered in a a program that includes accommodation and food, they forced us to book a hotel during the stay, and of course that was all mentioned in the invitation letter provided with the application.
But was absolutely not acceptable is one of the VFS Global office verbally abused our authorized person publicly. As Miss Reem ( as she informed us ) has called on of our authorized person a scammer and a fraud which was very insulting and humiliating. We have provided all the requires documents legally with no fraud and it’s so unacceptable to be accused if such thing from your side. Notably that the person she verbally harassed is a very respected person who works in the media ( The Egyptian television) and this might affect his reputation.
We are writing this letter because we believe that you will take the right actions. If not, we regret to inform you that we will take this issue further to the court, as we will not tolerate any violence by any mean.
This all happened at the VFS Global office Embassy of Portugal based in Cairo- Egypt.

Take some legal actions towards her .
