My complaint:
My wife submitted visa application for two of my infants. We did all service related payment from online and also cash. After one day after my wife is receiving calls to make the payment for visa application for my two infants. We have verified with consulate however the consulate is asking not to make any payment for visa below 6yrs age. Now we are receiving Office email from vfs helpline to make the payment . The payment asked by the vfs Kolkata is illegal and cannot be acceptable. VFS is suppose to charge only service charge not the visa fees which if free for infants. I need strong action against the person involved in this scam. contact me back as soon as possible. thanks in advance
Suggested solution:
They should apologize for all harrassment given to me and my family members .Also declare fair rule in their website about the visa fees. They are visa application collection centre. Not decision maker. Early response immediately expected from your end without any further delay
