My complaint:
What is prime service? and when it is applicable? We paid everything online, we were on time and they were asking me for an extra 9500 taka as prime service cause our appointment was on 4 o clock.. why? It is not fair. there is nothing on the web about prime service that we paid as prime service after paying everything online.
They didn’t give us any money receipt for that.
Suggested solution:
Thay supposed to take care of this and refund my money. thanks
