My complaint:
I Paid for my daughter’s passport to be delivered. VFSglobal is asking my daughter to come pick up her passport after collecting 18,700. No calls or emails sent or even attempt made to delive the passport.
Also, Vfs call agent was shifting blame to UPS for not attempting to deliver the passport.
I didn’t get value for the services paid for. This is a complete rip off.
VFS and UPS should deliver my daughter’s passport to the address given or provide a refund.
Suggested solution:
Vfs should ensure my daughter’s passport is delivered to the address given.
