My complaint:
Yes on 1/18/24 $3,630.88 was deposited into my Venmo account and on that same day my wallet and phone was stolen out of my purse. I called Venmo immediately and all they did was freeze my account. The unauthorized transactions and withdraws kept happening and I will call and all they did was freeze my account. Am being denied every dispute that I put into Venmo they are telling me that I was held reliable because it was back to back transactions and was done with a known device and card. On 2/21/24 my debit card was stolen once again and again Venmo did the same thing. I sent in documents and supporting letters
Suggested solution:
Give me a full refund and pay me for my financial hardships and apologize
