My complaint:
Twice Venmo has returned my payment then charging me a $30 return fee when my bank has sufficient funds. Venmo then gives me the bs message saying my bank funds are insufficient which isn’t true.
Suggested solution:
Refund my $30. And make a way. Where we can pay our card easier.
