My complaint:
Feb 21 2024 me and my husband recieved our tax refund on venmo on my account we got it direct deposited there and that same day I sent my husband 4,000 dollars because we split of tax refund every year then after trying to send my daughter money and payment failing pop up venmo froze my account which is crazy because I’m verified me and my husband my daughter has a teen account through my account and venmo won’t unfreeze it I have sent in all the documentation that venmo has ask me for and still I keep getting messages from them saying that my account is being deactivated and I will have to wait 180 days to get my money which is crazy because their office is close today venmo is playing with peoples lives we need that money for past due bills and rent we can’t wait no 180 days we have kids that we have to take care of
Suggested solution:
By unfreezing my account so I can get my money and then close my account they won't have to worry about me using their services ever again
