My complaint:
On 02/15 I was attempting to retrieve $210 from my Venmo account. It was from my paycheck on the previous day. I need it for food and to pay my Amex Bill. With no warning or explanation, my account was suspended. Customer service has been no help. Venmo expects me, the customer, to stay in constant contact for issues. They should be issuing s and contacting me with updates on issues. I want my account unfrozen and my money back, so, I can close the account.
Suggested solution:
Unfreeze my account, return my account, close my account.
