My complaint:
My account was frozen on 8/18/23 and refrozen on 1/27/24 they lied and said it was frozen on 1/27/24 and not in Aug. I have proof and they said they will no longer reply to my emails
Suggested solution:
By looking at the proof that they know my account was frozen since 8/18/23 and unfreeze my account like I just waited the 180 days and now I have to wait again that’s not right and i should be compensated for my troubles
