My complaint:
My venmo account is frozen due to some suspicious activity that I’m not even aware of don’t know anything about it but I don’t see anything wrong with it I have an account that has $413 in it and I have account that has $40 in it and I can’t get neither one of them to give to open it and give me my money I don’t even care about keeping the venmo account I just want my money off of it I have sent them all the necessary documents I’ve sent them all my papers everything they’ve asked for and they say that it’s not good enough and it’s been over a month and that money is my rent money and I need it
Suggested solution:
Just let me transfer my money to my bank
