My complaint:
Years ago i opened a Venmo account to get money i was owed. Then i never used it again. Until in 2019 someone asked me for my Venmo to send me a service payment. I tried and it wouldn’t let me. I called and the said my account was closed because of some activity and refused to give me any explanations. Recently i tried to get some more info on this. I wrote that i didnt want their services, i just want an explanation, because if someone believes that they have something on me i think i deserve to know. Even asked if I needed to lawyer up.
And they actually refused me with a quite aggressive email.
I don’t care about Venmo or their service. I care about my reputation. And i have done nothing for this. Don’t i deserve to know?
