My complaint:
On 06/07/23 my venmo account which I had for years warranty closed for reasons to which I still don’t know why I called them several times and was told nothing just days before I was asked to send a photo of my id to verify my account which I did no problem and several days later my account was closed and I had 350 dollars in my account at the time of this happening and I still don’t know why it was closed to this second because no one has ever said anything to me about it
Suggested solution:
I want my account reopened asap and also the 350 dollars to be made available to me ASAP I am ready to go to any court and fight them on this
