My complaint:
I have a Venmo account that I receive funds on when I do a job for somebody cleaning their home. Well, I had to dispute two transactions. Venmo took it upon themselves to freeze my account and say they refused to give me my money back. I have tried to resolve this myself, but are unable to speak with anybody who deals with the account. I have several emails (automated) and unable to speak with anyone. I have sent my drivers license, my passport, my Social Security card, my medical marijuana, government ID, my passport, and they still think I am saying I’m somebody I’m not. I believe I’ve proven my identity! I have several emails for proof.
