My complaint:
On February 25, 2025 Venmo suspended my account randomly. I was told to provide my driver’s license and social security card. I provide both and I get told my account is permanently suspended and they no longer wish to discuss the matter with me. I can’t access the money in my venmo account.
Suggested solution:
I want my account to not be frozen, and I want to be able to access my funds. Normally, I would rate venmo 5 stars but I have to rate 1 star due to this I've been a long time user and now being treated unfairly and with bad faith.
