My complaint:
I filed a dispute for multiple transactions from my Venmo debit card. They ended up breaking it into two separate claims and one was filed on August 30th and the other was on the 31st. I was told by multiple different agents that if my claims were not resolved by September 11th and 12th I would receive a provisional credit. On September 2nd 4 out of the 11 transactions filed on the 30th was resolved and refunded but the remaining transactions from the same merchant are still pending. The same thing happened with the other claim one out of four cash app transactions were refunded. When I contacted customer service again today they tell me now it’ll be till the 16th that’s when the ten days are up. Venmo just goes around making up the rules as they go.
