My complaint:
I complained about a late penalty on a personal loan I had co-signed for my son because of complications arising from a winter storm that resulted in power outages all over North Carolina and my city in particular but was routed to a robotic responder. I requested that the $17 late fee should be rescinded.
Suggested solution:
Rescind the late fee.
