My complaint:
USAA Mobile Apps for androids is broken.
After the checks photos are taken the CONTINUE button pops up but the app stalls at that point. The exact thing happens on the Beta app.
I called the bank and the Rep was totally useless!
Suggested solution:
They need to hire some one who kinow what the heck they are doing and then fix this darn problem.
