My complaint:
I have done my part to reach out and help usaa resolve my claim for hitting another person
Once it was time to pay the company for the accident and take my rental back they wanted information that they should have requested first before waiting until I had no car and have two children I have to a take to school
They have left me I. The worse position
Suggested solution:
They should extend my rental until I have the money to buy a new car so my kids don’t miss school
