My complaint:
I recently bought a dark Gray crew Neck short sleeve T-Shirt which after first watching by hand looks stained in colour from the neck the colour has faded and the product quality of the clothes seems very degrading as if it is an old stock material. The same problem happened with my other two tops which I bought but the colour of the neck is fading at only a particular spot. So all my 3 tops have the same problem of fading of colour from the neck! In particular areas!
I am highly disappointed by these three purchases as the MRP of all the t-shirts is approximately 1 K but the quality of the product is absolutely rubbish. I have been a loyal customer of Uniqla for many years but this time I regrate my purchase. I request you to take action for the same.
Suggested solution:
They should change my product and provide me with a new product or a refund.
