My complaint:
1. I shop online last november 26 2021 until now I didn’t receive any from my order, they gave me receipt and delivery tracking but now can’t track it online.
2. I am trying to contact them by chat but they are not answering me by chat
3. I am trying to call them but they canceled my call after waiting for 20 mins
Suggested solution:
Just wanted them to return my money back because I didn't get anything... I feel like scammed by this company... They took my money but didn't give my order
