My complaint:
The issue that I have experienced was: I returned two items from this order (trench coat item number 456071 and medium navy joggers 455942) totalling £94.80. Uniqlo have told me that this items were not in the package, tracking number H00E3D0039582088. They were sent with items from order A051913472 for which i have receiveda refund. These items WERE in this package and i am entiled to a full refund. I have tried to speak with their customer services who were beyound useless and their service was appauling.
It occurred on: 2023-08-24
This meant that it has really affected me in that i am being called a liar, they are stating I did not in fact return these items when I did! It has cost me my time on a valuable day off and and I am out of pocket. I am extremely annoyed with their lack of unsertanding and atrocious customer service.
I would like a full refund for these two items. If they have not arrived at the warehouse this is an issue with either Evri or their warehouse staff and nothing to do with me as I posted these items according to their instructions and am an honest person and this is a deformation of my character.
