My complaint:
I scheduled an Uber for 3 pm on July 25 from 920 Amherst St. Apt 6 to 462 Grider St. Abdulahi driving a Hyundia Sonata GLF7496 came to my house at 245 pm and said he can’t wait. I have never had a problem like this.
This is very unprofessional and wrong of him and I’m requesting my full amount of money back immedialely.
Suggested solution:
Refund the full amount !!
