Uber complaint: double fares

My complaint:

The last weeks Uber shows in advance the estimated price and after the trip is done, the fare is a lot higher. The excuse is always that there is high demand and the use the term Uber surge or something like that. For a trip between $ 15 or $17, I finished paying over $ 34. When I try to get help, they always respond, unfortunately we can’t correct the price. I am over 55 years old and I use Uber to go to work, in one day I paid almost $ 90 !!!!. So, I don’t have any kind of protection.

Suggested solution:

Returning me the money that they over charged. It's elderly abuse.
