My complaint:
Uber charged my Bank Account for charges for two months, they refunded me one payment, yet they still owe me more money. I have been emailing a representative about this issue. The representative ensured me that I would receive my refund 3 to 5 business day. It has been over the time period, going into another month. I spoke with a Supervisor by the name of Jay D, who was rude and with a smart mouth. I ensured him my calls are being recorded and he still was unprofessional. This is the worse type of service I have ever received. To add to this I don’t use Uber and after this I will never nor recommend this type of service. The supervisor was just RUDE NASTY.
Suggested solution:
I have been trying to get my refund since July 7, but the company took this unauthorized transaction out of my account since May and June
