My complaint:
Hello, my name is Zach and I’m reaching out to Uber because they are charging extreme charges and prices are really high one way and really cheap the way back. Ex Charleston Sc-Mount Pleasnt Sc should be 11-15 min and should be 10-15 bucks not 38 dollars and then 15 bucks the other way which equals to 53 dollars. Is there anyway it can be reported to the Uber company?

By lowering the prices for short trips and allow cancellation fees and reports to be made in the app during the time of the trip it’s self
