My complaint:
I have been lied to by multiple representatives including Julio Alvarado and disconnected on the phone by another representative right afterwards. I was refused help of getting a simple change of my account email updated and profile picture changed and Was transferred over 8 separate tImes. I spent 3 hours calling back in again to have my dispute resolved and nothing has been resolved from this. I will no longer be using Uber Anymore this has been the worst experience I have ever experienced with any company whatsoever.
Suggested solution:
Resolve my issue by updating my account email address and letting me upload my new profile picture. Also fixing the issue of my background check.
