My complaint:
I got picked up from Weston Southampton taking me to west end Southampton and my taxi was £28 .. which was so so expensive… should of cost around £15 … and the thing was it was the first time I had a woman driver… Thinking they’re the most honest but actually have been the most worst! If this happens again I shall be going out else where.
Suggested solution:
Get in contact with the driver and say what the hell is she playing at! Otherwise you’re going to lose customers because of her or this particular one anyway!
