My complaint:
I bought an Uber gift card 3 months ago from 7Eleven. I went to redeem it as i was walking back home and it said This gift card has already been redeemed. I contacted them immediately and sent them the pics of the receipt and gift card they asked for and they said there specialist department needed to investigate and i needed to find an alternate payment method or transportation to get to work that night. Some time after the 2 month mark and before the 4 month mark, they closed my complaint without talking to me.
Suggested solution:
Credit or refund me $40 for the gift card and there should be something extra for the inconvenience. I can't not pay them for 3 months.
