My complaint:
Today at 11.30 i took an uber but after some time the driver took different route for my drop off location i told him to take via this route it will take less time he denied and said i will not take through this route and also he droped me far away from that . Due to this behaviour i was also not going to pay the money.
He does not know how to talk with customers
Suggested solution:
Request the company to teach the driver how to talk with customer.
