Uber complaint: cancellation of a trip then charged

My complaint:

I requested for an Urber drive on 19th October at about 01.53hrs Kenyan time.
Driver by the number 254784359946 was allocated the ride. He did not call to until i called him at about 01.58hrs . He complained saying it was raining but said he was coming to where i was; Quickmart Kiambu Supermarket going to Juja Road Mlango kubwa. After another 4 minutes, I called him again, this time he was rude and said he wasn’t coming. HE CANCELLED THE RIDE. So i was inconvenienced, late at night, i had to look for other means. I was however surprised today in the morning when i wanted to use urber ride and a message said that i Have a debt of Kshs. 150- of the above said trip.
This was very unfair, i did not cancel the ride. that driver never called even a single time. How am i then penalized for sins i never committed. That rude driver should be charged and warned so such a bad treatment to a customer.
attached below, see the call log showing that i called him twice.

i would be glad if you attended into the matter urgently.

Suggested solution:

-warn the driver
-charge him the cancellation fee, because he rudely cancelled the TRIP
-refundcredit the debited amount on my side.

I requested for a ride from urber but driver was drank and abusive he cancelled the tripe and I requested for another ride from urbet
