My complaint:
I drive for uber, I have sent many messages and call their terrible support for at least 32 times regarding this issue, Uber resently adjusted 4 trips without Consulting with me first, the trips were legitimate I use my car, oil, tires, gas and time then yet they took away money I earned honestly.
In addition because these adjustments reversal of my legitimate trips, they remove the option to CASH OUT, I need to be able to cash out to pay for gas and unexpected expenses to continue driving.
People will go and they’ll complain so they can get a free ride so they can get it taken off their bill,” why is that the drivers have to pay for the deshonity of the riders, Uber doest have our backs. They abuse me, a military honest guy, Uber acuse me of improper use of the Uber application, have they really lost their minds, they keep taking away stars and lowering my ratings, just because people take advantage of me. I am a good driver, good honest person, I get tips in almost all my rides. UBER is wrong and they dont want to correct their errors. I want my account fix, enable cash out option to get my money when I need it, fix my ratings, race my stars accordingly.
Like I say Uber should know that because their policies and procedures people take advantage of drivers, affecting our livelihood, not fair, unethical and dirty.
Suggested solution:
Enable cash out option in my account, pay me for trips adjusted fraudulently, race my score, stars and rating. Protect drivers from this abuse from bad people. Think
