My complaint:
I scheduled a ride from my house to the airport 2 weeks in advance. A couple minutes AFTER they were supposed to arrive, Uber canceled my ride permanently. It was a Sunday morning and the 15 cab companies I called were already booked. So, I had to park my car at the Cherry Capital Airport in the long-term lot – to the tune of $418 total. Not cool.
Suggested solution:
Uber should take responsibility for their canceled ride and give me some major credit for something that was not MY fault.
