My complaint:
I credited my Uber eats account with a £40 gift card on the 5323 it was accepted and credited to my account its showing in my Uber cash. I went to use the gift card as it was a present but it doesn’t come up as an option at check out so I contacted Uber they told me I need to add a payment Method so I tried to add my card but they won’t allow it I contacted again they replied back saying they have restricted my account for some reason but it’s a new account I signed up for it on the day I credited the voucher I was then Told there is an outstanding balance on a family members Uber account this needs to be cleared before i can use my account which that has nothing to do with me or my account so I’m not able to use my voucher so I want either the restriction removing so I can use the voucher or I want the £40 refunding
