My complaint:
I ordered x2 sausage breakfast muffin meals, I specified I wanted NO EGG on either due to my wife having an egg allergy. They put “no round egg” on the sticker on both of the burgers, but aggressively smashed round egg into both burgers. So my wife was left with no breakfast at all. I contacted Uber and they instantly refused a refund even with proof and the fact it was stated the egg was an allergy. And then they banned my account after they realised it was a big no no. Now I can’t contact anyone at all.
Suggested solution:
A full refund and a very heartfelt and written apology to myself and my partner for trying to kill her and then telling her to shove off.
Unblock my account also some actual food we can eat!
