My complaint:
I ordered which was buy one get one free. I placed two ordered , two thalis from Shahi catering and other two from The Biryani Chef. As per advertisement I was supposed to pay one thali and one biryani. But they charged for two for each. Despite complaining about many times. They did not give me refunds and they refuted me all the time. I am very much frustated.
