My complaint:

I have been chasing since the start of my job as a delivery driver and after all checks, I am asked to verify my bank details. I have provided two different accounts and still nothing verified. I have earned £555.64 since middle of October and they have not yet sorted out my pay. I have tired everything like social media and message through their app but, all efforts were useless. I am going away on the 21st November for 5 weeks and would like to take some money with me which I can’t see happening as they have now changed scheduled payment to 221121. I have never been in contact with a company like uber who doesn’t care about their drivers.
