Uber Eats complaint: Deliveryboy claims he did a deposit but we never got any notification

My complaint:

Hello;
We did an order to uber eats,(2 days ago) thing was said to take around 50 minutes no problem. After a small hour it was strange we still did not get any notifications. So we look at the app and we see that the delivery is claimed under delivered. Ok , strange, we try to call the cell number who is linked to the delivery boy (So the ONLY way to contact the dude who is delivering us our 35€ mail) we could not reach him and he did not call back after we did try a couples of times. First thing we do is call the place we did our order, they tell us our order did got send away, so that’s ok. In the disbelieve we even go downstairs and at the door who leads to the outdoors we literally can smell food. So the dude WAS here. Okay we are confused and we call uber , they tell us to make a complaint, what we do. Still hungry, we make our order again at the same place, keeping a good eye on the tracker app this time, delivery boys come this time no problem. So, next day we get a reply from uber, telling us it was OUR fault ?!! It seems the deliveryboy try’d to contact us, but for magical reasons the number he used (who seems to be linked to uber eats) is signed under the SPAM number in the cellphone. Ok, a stupid technical issue can occur, but for god sake, was it THAT difficult to open the bag, look at the tag name (there always is a tag name) and press on the freaking bell with the same name on it?! How genius do you need to be to work for uber eats ?! So we answer that we ain’t happy, we lost 35€ and a voucher telling them sh!t happens , a full repay is a lot but a nice voucher would have been nice. They denied it, telling us again it was our fault. Ok, So 1 : How do I know that deliveryboy even did TRY to contact us ? Would be crazy that we are the first people he try’s to contact and don’t get an answer and suddenly tells it has been delivered ? I have no proof that the dude was at my home address, where is that proof? 2 : If indeed the kid was at the door and did try to call us and it uses that uber number, how in the hell is it listed in the spam numbers in my cellphone ?! I only activated it because of the massive spam lately but how should I know that a company like uber eats has gotten black listed ? How amateur is that ?!

Suggested solution:

To be honest after all that crap I full repay is the right thing to do for me, but they are stubborn and even a voucher for at least 20€ would be the bare minimum. We lost 35€ euros and a voucher of 7€, 40 euros lost because one stupid kid could not press a bell, I mean .... he probably had a nice meal.
