My complaint:
I accept a delivery and. For 10 mins or so I was looking for. The place come to find out I’ve been on a gose chase wasting. Gas and time for a business that’s under construction. Basic closed. I call support She told me go ahead and. Cancel. It won’t affect u. And you’ll be compensated. So. She hangs up and I did as told. Next thing I’m still waiting there 20 min later. I call again. And. I e been transferred about (10 times and hung on twice and. Still in the same spot an hour later. Till trying to. Get to right department. So at this point I started recording cause now I feel a way that. First y’all send me to wrong place. And then tell me to cancel knowing I wouldn’t get. Paid. If I did. And that why I feel away cause someone trying cover there ass. And this isn’t first time I’ve. Done trips and haven’t gotten paid. Once ther. Gonna say. It’s a glitch and. Ur area has no service. So but I have service do for damn near everything else. So bay moral of the. Complaint is Uber. Like wasting ppl time. And gas and not paying. There transfer u till u get tired of calling them. I have proof. Of these call and how long. And etc…
Suggested solution:
Buy paying me. But now that the day has passed And I’m no longer stuck n that spot. I feel I should get. Paid. For there wrong doing. And. Making me go thru all this n one morning took 2 hours. Till I finally hmgave up calling. I have anxiety and felt and this took a huge toll on me. That I longer wanted anything to do with. Being out. Nor. Be ASAP with Uber. For treated ppl like this even tho I need to wrk. I rather. Not. Wrk for. Ppl that Dnt pay ppl
