My complaint:

I was wondering where my food was. I got on the computer and it said my order was complete. guess what, luckily my roommate went outside to smoke a cigarette because he found my $45 order of Panda Express in front of my front door. The driver didn’t knock, ring the door bell, or textcall me. This was my first time using Uber Eats and this is the treatment I get. luckily it was in a bag because there was a moth chilling on my order of food. this is complete bullshit. I am so furious right now. so Im anxious to see what you decide to do to resolve this incident. Im pretty sure this isn’t how you want to treat your customers. I personally would fire that driver. But that is just my opinion.

Suggested solution:

I used a $35 promotional code that I spent quite a lot of money with Uber to get, plus I came out of pocket $10. so that was $45 that I should absolutely get to spend again but not out of my pocket. also, if that is how the driver is going to represent your company, I would fire his ass. if this doesn't get taken care of in a professional way, I will make sure that a lot of people are aware of this scenario. not that im trying to be an asshole or make a threat, its just that this is super unprofessional and a good company that truly cares about their customers would definitely honor my request. in fact, they would probably go a little further. my food was left on the ground. come on. P.S. I do like gift cards. just throwing that out there. lol. And thank you because im quite sure you will be taking good care of me after what just happened.
