My complaint:
An order was placed on 110721.
I noticed that I had 2 missed calls from a number I didn’t not know so instantly called back, however my call would not connect, I think headed to the app for further help and found a way to connect to the driver…. I tried this number out times but nobody answered my calls. On checking my order status it was marked as complete. I requested a refund as my good had not been delivered and was told this was not possible as the driver had tried to contact me (however did not answer my calls) and has also waited at my home for 9 minutes with my order. My partner was outside when I received the missed calls and nobody was outside ky house. In addition I have cctv on my home that shows nobody came to my address.
